Raw Material Inspection
Rigorous IQC testing for LED chips, drivers, and aviation aluminum components.
Located in Guangzhou, our 5,000 m² ISO 9001 certified facility combines precision automation with rigorous manual inspection. We control the entire production lifecycle in-house—from SMT patching to final aging—ensuring absolute reliability for global wholesalers and OEM brands.
Founded in 2017 in Guangzhou, HAIZG is an ISO 9001-certified automotive LED lighting manufacturer providing end-to-end OEM and ODM solutions. Our 5,000 m² intelligent factory integrates R&D with advanced automation. From in-house SMT processing to rigorous full-load aging tests, we ensure exceptional product stability, rapid lead times, and scalable monthly capacity for global brands.
Our facility is strategically organized into specialized manufacturing stages. This highly controlled environment guarantees efficiency and consistent quality from raw materials to the finished product.
Rigorous IQC testing for LED chips, drivers, and aviation aluminum components.
High-precision automated mounting of electronic components onto custom PCBs.
Seamless integration of LED boards with thickened copper substrates and heat sinks.
Expert automated and manual soldering to ensure secure and durable electrical connections.
Fine-tuning light beams, cutoff lines, and active cooling fan performance.
Careful boxing, labeling, and palletizing, ready for safe global shipping.
To guarantee near-zero defect rates for our global distributors, every single unit that leaves our facility must pass a mandatory 5-step full-inspection sequence.
Instead of relying on batch sampling, HAIZG validates every product through a fixed inspection chain. That discipline is what keeps defect rates controlled across high-volume production.
All passed units receive a traceable batch production date code before proceeding to the final QC packaging phase.
Electrical continuity verification for all in-house manufactured control boards.
Semi-finished electronic performance testing to eliminate cold joints and short circuits.
03
Initial illumination testing to verify LED chip activation and alignment.
04
Post-assembly verification of actual wattage, thermal output, and precise light cutoff lines.
05
Intensive high-voltage constant current aging on specialized racks to expose any latent component weaknesses.
From in-house SMT boards to integrating spheres, thermal chambers, and semi-automated soldering, these core assets let us verify electronic precision, optical output, and thermal resilience before each production batch moves forward.
We manufacture all drive boards internally rather than outsourcing, seizing control over electronic component precision and initial yield rates.
Utilized for rigorous pre-stocking spectral checks on raw chips, and final verification of lumen output and color temperature on finished goods.
Simulates the harsh, high-heat environments of enclosed engine bays to test the absolute thermal limits of our heat dissipation matrices.
Replaces manual inconsistencies with mechanical precision, ensuring robust, vibration-resistant connections for all internal wiring.
We don’t just chase raw brightness. Using our precision integrating sphere spectrometers, we engineer our lighting to deliver true color fidelity, reducing driver fatigue and enhancing night-time safety.
Our flagship models stabilize precisely at color coordinates x=0.312, y=0.328 (aligned with ANSI standards). With a color deviation (SDCM) of 0.0 and color purity maintained between 15.2% – 17.2%, we guarantee a pure, non-glaring daylight white beam without blue tinting.
Unlike standard LEDs that merely illuminate, our lights reveal true environments. Our stable low-beam R14 index (Nature & Greenery) reaches up to 87.4, while the R15 index (Skin Tone) hits 76.9. This significantly increases high-risk hazard recognition for pedestrians and roadside obstacles.
The Luminous Efficacy of Radiation (LER TM-30) reaches a highly efficient 332.9, proving massive lumen output with extremely low energy consumption.
From housing alloys to chip sourcing and thermal architecture, the durability of every HAIZG product starts with materials chosen for long-term road use rather than short-term cost savings.
Our housings utilize premium composite aluminum, delivering an incredibly high strength-to-weight ratio. Non-magnetic and non-sparking, it offers exceptional corrosion and salt-spray resistance while acting as a highly efficient intrinsic heat sink.
We exclusively source industry-leading San’an chips for superior lumen maintenance and lifespan. Powered by dual-circuit switching power supplies, our lights boast a 98% CANBUS decode rate and formidable anti-EMC interference capabilities.
High-power models are fortified with 1 to 8 graphene copper tubes, thickened pure copper substrates, liquid-cooling fans, and intelligent dual-temperature control circuits that dynamically prevent chip burnout.
Our manufacturing systems and end products meet the strictest international regulatory standards, ensuring seamless customs clearance for our OEM partners.
